Introduction to Breath Awareness: Invest in yourself and your health! Learn to empower yourself with a tool that is easily at your disposal – your breath. No special equipment necessary.
Health is an ongoing process. Breathing can help you build resilience, better health, help reduce stress, quell anxiety, and perhaps even help with better sleep.
In this 30-minute (or so) class, you will learn breathing techniques that will help you all day long, every day and even during the night. It’s a practice that can easily be learned, and it’s so helpful to practice in a group setting. Here is what one person had to say about a recent session: “Thank you for the wonderful session this morning. It was like taking a legal drug.”
There are some limitations with certain exercises due to physical ailments such as high blood pressure, uncontrolled diabetes or abdominal surgery.
Props: Yoga mat and comfortable clothing recommended!
