Jill Nussinow is an educator and a new breathing facilitator. She started practicing breathing more intentionally in February of 2020 and got hooked. Then she read the book
Breath: The New Science of a Lost Art by James Nestor and knew that she had to make a detour from her usual cooking/nutrition teaching to teach breathing to anyone who wants to learn. She has been teaching breath awareness classes since September of 2021. She encourages anyone who wants to learn to join in.
