This class is appropriate for all ages and abilities.
Level 1 builds on Basics and develops greater stamina, strength and flexibility. This level presents salutations, sequences of standing postures, extended flows for the spine and inversions at the wall. Props: This class is taught IN-STUDIO. Please bring your own yoga mat, a towel and/or a blanket. Foam blocks and straps are available.
