Martha Richmond

Martha has been teaching Yoga since 2007. She has taught in corporate settings, health clubs and studios in Oregon and California. Martha’s classes offer a gentle flow format that serves to work and strengthen all areas of the body, followed by a restful, meditative and relaxing body scan.
Martha began her yoga journey after a stress-related back injury led her to physical therapy and then to a local community center for her first yoga class. After that first class she felt a difference not only in her back, but in her heart and mind as well. She was hooked. Now, almost 15 years later, Martha holds 200-hour teacher certifications from YogaFit as well as from the White Lotus Foundation.
“To me, the yoga journey is a journey of joy. In my classes, I seek to bring each student that same sense of joy and inner peace that helps us move gracefully through the dance of life.”
Martha is available for private group instruction.
