Yoga is about conscious, connected living and its fundamental principals and practice have the potential to improve every aspect of your life. This February, we’ll be introducing a series of 90-minute to 2-hour workshops that will give you the yoga tools you can take "off the mat" and into your daily life for specific goals or activities. Think of these as your yoga toolkit for various health and wellness issues and movement (sports) endeavors.
Offered every other Friday afternoon from 1:00pm to 3:00pm starting February 5th 2021. Founded in science, using proven methods and approaches, each workshop is a stand-alone, unique offering that is part of the Lifestyle Yoga Health & Wellness or Sports Series. With that in mind, I extend to you the invitation to explore, experience, and find release using yoga focused on a specific issue or activity to assist you in everyday life.
🌴 EARLY BIRD PRICE: $25/workshop. Discount available until 1 week prior to the date of the workshop.
🌴 REGULAR PRICE: $35/workshop. Regular price Saturday thru Thursday until 5:00PM the day before the workshop.
🌴 REGISTRATION for each workshop will close at 5:00PM on the Thursday before the workshop.
