This class is appropriate for all ages and abilities.
A gentle practice that combines seated, standing and restorative postures for strength and flexibility. Props: This class is taught IN-STUDIO. Please bring your own yoga mat, a towel and/or a blanket. Foam blocks and straps are available.
► No Walk-Ins. In-Studio Classes must be booked online.
► Only eighteen (18) spaces are available for each class.
► Please bring your own yoga mat, towel and/or blanket. Blocks & straps and other yoga props provided at no charge.
► Masks are not required if you are fully vaccinated against the Covid-19 virus.
► If you wish to wear a mask but do not have one, one will be provided to you at no charge.
