Supported and/or modified versions of 11-12 poses will be sequenced and held for optimal bone building effect. Depending on poses chosen for the week, the sequence taught on Wednesday may not be same sequence each week as Monday’s Active BH class, although the poses may be the same it’s the variation, modification, and sequence of the poses that provide the difference between the Wednesday and Monday classes. A different sequence of 11-12 different poses will be taught each week, providing students with a different and complete sequence each week that may be done safely and correctly as one’s personal bone-building yoga practice.
Props: A yoga mat; a large blanket or towel; and a 6-ft to 8-ft strap or belt.
