This workshop is appropriate for everyone.
2020 has been a challenging year, presenting us with frustrations, aggravations, overwhelming feelings — the list goes on. But in every circumstance there is a life lesson available to us if we choose to embrace it. As we approach the season of giving thanks, in this two-hour workshop we will explore the Ayurvedic Vata dosha that results in aggravation, which is related to anxiety, overwhelming feelings, and sleep issues when in excess. We will practice a clarifying sequence that counters depleting energies through asana, pranayama and meditation . Additionally, we will talk through and work with the three main energy channels in the subtle body – Ida, Pingala, and Shushumna. This workshop is appropriate for everyone.

Propsto have available: A bolster or a few blankets (large towels also work); yoga blocks (sturdy books may also work); a journal; tea of your choosing; Yoga mat. What to wear: comfy clothes that let you move easily.
