A practice dedicated to the health of your bones!
Modified and/or classic versions of 11-12 poses will be sequenced and held for optimal bone building effect. For the purpose of bone building, there are many poses I, myself, do not strive for the classic pose; our goal is to build bone, not be a candidate for Cirque du Soleil ??. A different sequence of 11-12 different poses will be taught each week, providing students with a different and complete sequence each week that may be done safely and correctly as one’s personal bone-building yoga practice.
Props: A yoga mat; a large blanket or towel; and a 6-ft to 8-ft strap or belt.
